Reorder your instasmile veneers using your previous impressions.
 
We will use your impressions from your previous order to create your new instasmile veneers. Please ONLY use our Reorder option if you have had no changes to your dental profile (such as tooth loss, fillings) since those impressions were taken.

You should also be satisfied that your previous or current product fits well. Please read all the Important Reorder Information prior to placing your Reorder.
 
If your dental profile has changed you will need to retake our Smile Assessment and place a new order. If you are unsure then you should Contact Us prior to placing your Reorder.

Important Reorder Information

Do I need my previous order number?

Yes, we need to know your previous order number to locate your digital impressions. You will be prompted to advise this at checkout.

What happens after I place my reorder?

We'll check we have your digital impressions stored from your previous order. Then, we'll assign your Reorder to production within 24 hours (weekdays) and you'll receive an email with an estimated completion date.

Your Reorder will be produced in 15 days or 10 days if you have upgraded to Express production. Shipping - please allow an additional 1-4 days (excluding weekends and Public holidays) for delivery of your veneers.

Is there a warranty?

Do I need to retake my impression(s)?

You do not need to retake your impressions when reordering your veneers. We keep a digital scan of your previous impression(s) so will design your new ones from this.

If you have had any changes to your dental profile for example tooth extraction or orthodontic treatment you will need to retake our Smile Assessment and place a new order.

Do I have to order both top and bottom veneers?

No, if you previousy ordered a dual set of top and bottom veneers, you can still just order top or bottom for your remake.

I previously ordered top/bottom veneers, can I order the opposite?

If you ordered veneers for one arch, and would now like the oposite arch, you will need to retake our smile assessment, and place a new order.

My previous veneers didn't fit correctly, should I reorder?

Reorder veneers will fit exactly the same as your previous veneers, if you had any issues with your previous product you will need to retake our Smile Assessment and place a new order.

Can I order a different shade to my previous order?

Yes! Feel free to order any shade you'd like.
