Our extended warranty covers breakage, loss and accidental damage. It includes up to a maximum of one remake per arch (eg. 1 x top arch and/or 1 x bottom arch) during the warranty period. This starts from the date you receive your instasmile. 

Instasmile Classic and Dynamic products include an extended warranty in the price as standard. You may upgrade the warranty at the checkout upon time of purchase. 

To claim against your extended warranty, please complete our online contact form, and include an image of your damaged instasmile. Our team will take care of the rest. For hygiene reasons, we do not require you to return any damaged products.
