What is covered in the extended warranty?

Our extended warranty covers breakage, loss and accidental damage. It includes up to a maximum of two remakes (eg. 2 x top arch or 1 x top arch & 1 x bottom arch) during the 12 month warranty period. This starts from the date you receive your instasmile. 

Instasmile Classic and Dynamic products include a 6 month extended warranty in the price as standard. 

Instasmile Iconic products include a 12 month extended warranty in the price as standard. 

To claim against your extended warranty, please complete our online contact form, and include an image of your damaged instasmile. Our team will take care of the rest. For hygiene reasons, we do not require you to return any damaged products.
