My instasmile has broken

All of our products are carefully checked before dispatch to ensure they meet our extremely high quality standards. If you use your instasmile as directed in our aftercare leaflet, you will be able to enjoy wearing it for as long as possible.

It would be very unusual for your instasmile to break within the manufacturer warranty period of 30 days. In the event that this occurs, we would require you to upload a short video and/or images detailing the issue into your "instasmile account", so that our team can look into this for you.

If you have an extended warranty, and you are still within the warranty period with remaining claims, you may raise a claim. To do so, please email producthelp@instasmile.com with images of your damaged instasmile, and our friendly team will take care of the rest. For hygiene reasons, we do not require you to return any damaged products.

If you are outside of your warranty period, you will be required to place a new order to replace your damaged instasmile.
